How long will the beta be free?
We don't have a specific end date. We'll give at least 30 days notice before introducing paid plans, and there will always be a generous free tier.
Will I lose my data when beta ends?
No. All memories stored during beta will be preserved. Your data is yours.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching limits. You can upgrade anytime. We won't delete your data — just pause new writes until you upgrade or the next billing cycle.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can switch anytime. When upgrading to yearly, you'll receive a prorated credit for the remaining monthly period.
Can I self-host Agent-Memo?
Yes! Our Self-Hosted plan lets you deploy Agent-Memo on your own infrastructure with Docker. Your data stays in your network. Annual license starts at $3,000/yr for up to 25 users. Contact [email protected] for details.
What does the self-hosted license include?
Annual subscription includes the software, version updates, admin dashboard, setup wizard, backup tools, and email support. Enterprise tier adds unlimited users, priority support, and a dedicated SLA.
